Bound is one of my all-time favorite movies, not just because of the amazing sex scene directed by Susie Bright, but because …
um, other reasons. IMPORTANT ONES. Mise-en-scene and stuff.
Yes.
It’s a compelling crime drama dripping with seductive suspense and breathy innuendo.
I wrote a “review” of the film in The Lesbian Sex Haiku Book (with Cats!)
It goes:
Gina Gershon wears
a tight tank top. Sorry, does
something else happen?
So we sent Jennifer Tilly and Gina Gershon a book, and a few days ago, Tilly tweeted about it!
She tagged Joe Pantoliano even, and there’s some amusing back and forth about why Joe didn’t get a “kitty” and “top billing.”

And then she said it was charming and I died:
@annapulley Book is thoroughly charming. Thank you so much!

LESBIAN ACHIEVEMENT UNLOCKED
Now if only Roseanne would return my tweets. (Maybe we should send her this?)

And if you’ve never seen Bound, get on it.
