Haiku for Adulthood: Sentimental Hearts Club Band

#209

Your heat undressed me

slow as sunrise — I mistook it

I really enjoyed reading these over coffee this morning. I particularly like #209 and #214: #209 is so sexy and #214 speaks to a mysterious longing I recognize. They both imply so much with so little. Keep up the good work!

Someone’s reading Jane Miller. ๐Ÿ˜‰ “Red Hills and Sky”

These are absolutely beautiful. I say again, you’re on fire!

Guilty. And thanks. When you say that, I get the Amanda Palmer song in my head now ๐Ÿ™‚
